1.   Life giving Foods (Amrit Food) & Fresh Foods.

All fruits and vegetables come in this category. Fresh cooked food also comes in this category. All sprouted Cereals, generated pulses, salads are life giving foods.

          2.       Dead Foods.

Fried, Frozen, tinned, Bread, Cake, Biscuits, Chocolate, Processed Foods, Artificially Coloured, Refined.

          3.       Animal Products

These types of Foods are bad for digestion and are harmful for digestive system. Non – vegetarian diet provides excessive amounts of proteins to the body.
